How to Make Cements Tiles

Cement tiles are a popular decorative tile using in and around home and commercial space. The tiles are ideal for hallways, entryways, outdoor patios, flooring and wall inside of homes, etc. Cement tiles are popular and hot sale after they have been promoted in the market because of  their various colorful designs which are easy to accomplish. 1. Make a mold. First, draw out the master divider. Plan your design on graph paper before starting, using a pencil to draw in your design pattern. Secondly, use bass strips instead of iron for mold fabrication because it is not easy to be rusted on bass. Finally, weld the mold to make it firm and strong enough. 

2. Put color pigments into the mold. First of all, make coloring instructions. A clear instruction on hand can reduce mistakes. Secondly, get the colors pigments ready. Put water into the pigment powder and make the color into liquid. Thirdly, brush a little oil on the bottom board of the frame, then put the divider into the steel frame and make it firmly. Next, pour the colors into the dividers.
 
3. Then, get the mold out of the frame.
 
4. After taking out the mold, put cement powder into the frame. Use the hydraulic press machine to press the cement to make sure the tile is firm and hard. After that, take the steel frame off, demold them. Water immersion is an important step which enables the tiles to be more flexible and harder.

5. Dry the tiles and pay attention to the dust since it is a bit wet after coming out. After it is dry, put it into stock.
